Created diverse digital and print assets including presentation templates, event materials, signage, and promotional collateral maintaining strict brand compliance.
The Challenge
LearnFlow had great content but poor engagement. Users would start courses but rarely complete them. The platform felt like a chore rather than an engaging experience.
My Approach
Studied gamification principles and learning psychology. Interviewed both completers and dropouts to understand motivation patterns.
The Solution
Redesigned the platform with bite-sized lessons, streak tracking, achievement badges, and social learning features. Added spaced repetition for knowledge retention and personalized learning paths.
Results
- 75% increase in course completion rates
- Daily active users increased 3x
- Net Promoter Score improved from 32 to 67
